Autumn is undoubtedly a beautiful season, with nature changing colors and providing us with stunning landscapes. It is also a time when we come together to celebrate Thanksgiving and express our gratitude for all the blessings we have received.
One of the ways we celebrate fall and Thanksgiving at WELKEN is by organizing a company afternoon tea. This event allows our employees to take a break from their daily routines, come together and connect over great food and warm conversation. This is a great opportunity to relax and connect personally with colleagues.
In addition to company afternoon tea, we also understand the importance of having fun. Employees are encouraged to take time away from work to engage in activities they enjoy, such as playing games. Not only does this provide a much-needed break, it also fosters camaraderie and team spirit among colleagues.
The rules of the game are simple. Everyone is given a piece of paper and asked to form a circle. After counting to three, everyone starts drawing the person on the left. After a predetermined time (usually a few minutes), the drawing is passed to the right and the process continues. As the pictures go around,everyone ends up holding a “me” that someone else drew.
We also do DIY. Using fallen leaves to make different displays,cultivate everyone’s manipulative ability.
