MARST-Manufacturing Facility to Boost High-Precision Production and Automation Capabilities

Advanced CNC & Precision Processing Center

The right wing houses a high-precision CNC machining center featuring six large-scale CNC machines:

• High-Precision Components: Two imported U.S.-brand precision CNC machines specialized in crafting high-accuracy mold components.

• Taiwanese CASA CNC Machining Centers: Two units dedicated to complex milling and processing tasks.

• Gantry Milling CNC Machines: Two heavy-duty gantry milling units designed for large-scale mold fabrication and machinery part production.

Additionally, the right wing hosts dedicated zones for:

1. Equipment Commissioning Zone: Currently hosting automated shoe manufacturing assembly lines for system integration and testing.

2. Eyewash Station Manufacturing Workshop: An end-to-end production unit equipped with four dedicated welding stations, handling raw material cutting, threading, welding, and final testing.

3. Injection Molding Workshop: Situated at the far end of the right section, providing in-house plastic component molding.

Automated Assembly & Machining Support 

The left wing is optimized for machinery production, auxiliary processing, and automated packaging:

• Auxiliary Machining Workshop: Equipped with milling machines, radial drilling machines, and tooling equipment to support mold and machinery fabrication.

• Assembly & Packaging Workshop: Operating with eight stations and four dedicated assembly teams, handling the final packaging for over 300 company product SKUs.

Proprietary Automation and Customization Capabilities

A key highlight of the new facility is the company’s in-house developed padlock automated assembly line. Designed and built entirely by internal automation engineers, the line integrates assembly and welding into a seamless, single-step operation. Each unit delivers a daily output exceeding 2,000 padlocks per 8-hour shift.

To support customized client requirements, the packaging line is equipped with versatile auxiliary machinery:

• Laser Engraving Systems: Capable of high-precision logo, text, and numerical engraving on both metallic and plastic surfaces according to client specifications.

• Ultrasonic Welding Machines: Specialized for seamless plastic bonding, including padlock casings and specialized components.

• Textile Sewing Stations: Designed for processing fabric lock pouches and soft packaging materials.
