BD-501G Eyewash Testing Gauge

The BD-501G Eyewash Testing Gauge is a inspection tool designed to verify that emergency eyewash equipment delivers a correctly formed, ANSI-compliant water pattern. Machined from clear acrylic, the gauge should be placed directly over the eyewash spray heads so installers and safety inspectors can quickly confirm that both streams meet the required spread and overlap. Compact and lightweight, it is an essential accessory for commissioning, periodic testing, and routine maintenance of eyewash and eye/face wash stations.

    01
Clear Acrylic Construction: Made from durable, transparent acrylic that allows a clear, unobstructed view of the water stream during testing.
    02
Dual-Circle Test Pattern: Two printed target circles, spaced 3.25" (82.5mm) apart with a 1.25" (32mm) diameter each, mark the correct position and spread for both eye streams.
    03
Integrated Ruler Scale: Dual inch/metric ruler markings (0-6" and 0-15cm) along the gauge edges allow height and spacing to be measured in the same step.
    04
Fast, Tool-Free Testing: Simply lower the gauge over the activated eyewash stream to check compliance in seconds - no additional tools or setup required.
    05
ANSI Z358.1 Reference: Printed usage instructions and compliance reference keep the correct testing procedure on hand at the point of use.
    06
Compact & Portable: Small, flat profile is easy to carry in a tool bag or clipboard for site inspections and factory acceptance testing.
